公司总部“FIRST GLORY”位于香港九龙，分公司“深圳市润基半导体有限公司”于二零零四年设于深圳市南山区，并于二零壹零年再进一步融资扩股，重新注册成立。拥有销售工程师10余人，以及其它管理人员10人。
公司主要代理品牌有STAR SEA、BYD、HY（台湾虹扬）、CJ、TC、PANJIT、MOSPEC、JF、UTC、Silan，并经营PHILIPS（NXP）ROHM、ON、FAIRCHILD、ANPEC、MAX、ST、BLUE ROCKET等品牌。产品主要致力于二、三极管、整流桥、集成电路。广泛应用于IT、通信及消费类电子行业。另在配套业务方面有着丰富的经验和专业素质，以及高度的敬业精神，能为客户提供优质的专业服务。
Our company is specialized SMD, DIP and electronic components, has been a sales agent if domestic and international famous brands for many years. As a professional supplier of electronic components, it markets its products around the global.

Our headquarter of “FIRST GLORY” is located in Kow loon, Hong Kong; while our branch office, SHENZHEN RUNJI SEMI-CONDUCTOR LTD, lies in the Nan Shan District, Shenzhen. It is reopened in 2004 due to further financing of share capital. Currently, boasting 10 sales engineer and 10 other management staff.
Our company markets components from STAR SEA, HY (Taiwan-Hong Yang), CJ, TC, PANJIT, MOSPEC, JF、UTC、Silan. Moreover, we also are a sale agent of PHILIPS (NXP) ，ROHM, ON, FAIRCHILD,ANPEC、MAX、ST、BLUE ROCKET etc. Our sales mainly focusing on diode, transistor, bridge rectifier, integrated circuits which are widely used in IT, communications and consumer electronics industries.
